- Complete the online form at https://gapteq.com/antrag-sepa-basislastschrift.
Once we have processed your application, you will receive a corresponding PDF form for your SEPA mandate from GAPTEQ as soon as possible.
- Please return this signed form by e-mail to billing@gapteq.com and keep a copy for your records.
Please note! As soon as we have received the signed document, your future invoices, which you will receive from us as usual via the GAPTEQ portal, will be paid automatically! You no longer need to make a bank transfer.
For your information, the invoices will then bear the addition “Payment by SEPA direct debit”.
- You can also cancel the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme at any time by sending an informal e-mail to billing@gapteq.com.
