License GAPTEQ Business Version

License GAPTEQ in the BUSINESS version via the GAPTEQ portal (cloud) or directly in the GAPTEQ Designer (on premise) and select a billing mode that suits you.

1. License the GAPTEQ BUSINESS version (Cloud)

  • In the GAPTEQ-Portal, go to the “License” tab in the left-hand menu bar.
  • Follow the licensing wizard - it will guide you through the ordering process. In just a few minutes, GAPTEQ will be available to you in the BUSINESS version as a complete solution in the cloud.
    • Enter your desired domain, your personal access data, the desired billing method, relevant information about the company or the invoice, confirm the inclusion and validity of these GTC and complete the process with “Order now for a fee”.
    • The provision of your GAPTEQ BUSINESS version (Cloud) may take a few minutes. An e-mail will be sent to the customer's e-mail address stored in the GAPTEQ portal to inform the customer as soon as this process is complete.
    • The information required to set up the GAPTEQ BUSINESS version (Cloud) is made available to the customer directly after the (licensing) wizard and at any time in the GAPTEQ portal under the “Subscriptions” tab.

Note! If you already have an existing GAPTEQ TEST version, you can navigate directly from the GAPTEQ Designer to the GAPTEQ portal and start the licensing wizard.

Your existing cloud instance can continue to be used - the test period must NOT have expired! 

2. License the GAPTEQ BUSINESS version (on premise)

  • When you open the GAPTEQ Designer for the first time, a pop-up window opens. Select the option “License paid BUSINESS version”.
  • You can then follow the licensing wizard (directly in the GAPTEQ Designer).

If you already have a GAPTEQ TEST version (on premise) and the test period has expired, you can also license the GAPTEQ BUSINESS version (on premise) directly in the GAPTEQ Designer.

  • To do this, navigate to “Licensing” in the main menu of the GAPTEQ Designer and start the licensing wizard.

  • The first step is to authenticate yourself with the access data you used to register on the GAPTEQ portal.
  • Now select the company for which you want to convert a GAPTEQ server to the BUSINESS version, which is subject to a charge.
  • Enter a short name for your GAPTEQ server. 
    Now select the billing mode that suits you best - annual vs. monthly payment

Tip! Choose annual payment (prepaid mode) if you have a fixed number of users. Choose monthly payment (pay per use mode) if you require a high degree of flexibility in the choice of monthly user numbers.

  • In the next step, enter the desired billing address and, if available, a customer reference/order no./PO no.... .
  • At the end, confirm your details with “Buy with costs”.
